Return and limited warranty policy
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with our product. You have the option of returning within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that returns must be unused, in the same condition of receiving and in the original packaging.
Please check the following steps to return your product:
Complete this return form
Repack the goods so that they can't be damaged in the return process.
The refund will be done after an inspection in our warehouse.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES ON RETURNS?
Please note that we are not responsible for any return costs, so we recommend keeping the proof of postage since we are not liable for items getting lost or damaged. If there are any questions and/or remarks about return shipment after reading this, please send an email to info@clubsdock.com.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once we have received the item from you, we will need 2-5 business days for our warehouse to assess the item. Once this has been done, we will put the refund in motion, and you will receive a notification email.
Checking our quality is one of our main priorities and we take that very seriously, however we do know that perfection cannot always be guaranteed and that issues can slip through. Therefore, if you have the feeling that there is an issue with your product, we are here to help and we will always find a solution suitable for you.
All our products come with a one year warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects. Please be aware that proof of defect (photos or video, depending on the defect) is mandatory and will always be requested by our team.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED FROM OUR THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS?
Unfortunate to hear that something happened with your ClubsDock. The guarantee can still be covered, however you must recover this from the 3rd party you've ordered from in the first place.
